Home Care for Neurodegenerative Disease

Our care givers are trained extensively on how to care for patients who have Alzheimers, Parkinsons or dementia.
01. Communicate with doctors
We work a together with your doctor and other medical professionals to be well informed about our patients diagnosis and how to manage symptoms and fight the illness.
02. Following a healthy lifestyle
We review your lifestyle and develop a diet and routines to improve our patients health for the long term. Through consultation with the doctor, a registered nurse will set up a plan of care.
03. Training Memory and motor skills
Physical / mental / occupational therapy provides patients with help on relearning how to perform daily duties or improve their speech after a severe illness or injury.
04. Risk Mitigation and priority care
We will build a flexible schedule to allow patient multiple touchpoints with their caregiver.
